Service Delivery Information
Note: ADK Holidays is a service-based travel provider specializing in inter-city cab bookings, airport transfers, and vehicle rentals. We do not sell or ship any physical products.
Electronic Delivery
All booking confirmations, itineraries, invoices, and driver details (vouchers) are delivered electronicallydirect to the email address or WhatsApp number provided by the client during the booking process.
No physical shipping or delivery of tickets to your residential or postal address is involved in our operations. You will typically receive your digital driver assignment details 4 to 12 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time.
