1. Introduction

Welcome to ADK Holidays. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, including bookings, payments, cancellations, and other important information. Keep in mind that by accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. 2. Definitions

"Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "Services" include but are not limited to cab bookings, local sightseeing packages, airport transfers, and other travel-related services offered by ADK Holidays.

3. Booking Policies

All bookings are strictly subject to vehicle and driver availability. ADK Holidays reserves the right to decline any booking request. Official confirmation will be provided upon successful completion of the booking and payment gateway transactions or explicit written approval if utilizing cash-to-driver arrangements.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments can be made in full at the time of booking unless stated otherwise within the specific package terms. Refunds will be processed strictly based on our Cancellation Policy.

5. Liability & Limitations

ADK Holidays is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from delays caused by traffic, extreme weather, road closures, or unavoidable vehicle breakdowns. Our maximal financial liability is always restricted to the total value of the specific service booked.

6. User Responsibilities

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during booking (Pickup Location, Drop Location, Contact Number, Airport Terminal, Date, Time) is completely accurate. ADK Holidays will not be held liable for missed flights, delays, or service failures resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or legal issues arising out of these terms shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
